@ionos1988 you know why his face is like that at 1.33 the stupid fuck has got a pair of dumbells that are far to heavy for him at that point – if he had any brains he would lie back on the bench first and then have someone hand him the dumbells – fucking hell i wouldn`t like him to be my training instructor i`d be in hospital with injuries
@ionos1988 another thing i`ve noticed at 1.33 as he lies back he`s got to push the weights towards his shoulders with his knees – he`s a right retard i bet he got broken bones now
this guy has some serious safety issues especially at 3.45 swinging a huge weight above his head and then between his legs
@Ietterposter if you do it correctly and can handle the weight theres nothing to worry about.
@aarnsafag if you have done weight training you will know that it is so easy to get injured even if you think you are doing the exercise correctly – people who have been in the business for years have become injured all because they were using a weight that was far too heavy and they couldn`t handle it i just think that this guy should respect the weights a little bit more instead of tossing them around as though they were bits of paper
@aarnsafag you can see the strain in his face before he starts an exercise eg when he lies back on the bench with those heavy dumbells – he`s lucky he didn`t break his arms
@Ietterposter i agree i was just saying if you use a weight that you can handle it reduces the risk of injury and if he is going to be swinging overhead and between his legs it would be much safer to use a kettlebell instead of a plate.
