    what if we wanted to add in neutral grip pull-ups? (provided our bar has those handles)
    should that be done between overhand and underhand?
    or should it be after (close-grip) underhand?

    Speaking of reps, in one of his other videos, he does alternative pullups with one hand with “chin grip” and the other one with “pull-up grip” and does 10 per side (or maybe even 12), so yes, he can do more than 6 pull ups.

    Mostly the biceps the way Vince was doing it, you have to really pull back and hit near the chest area to get the lats into it on close-grip under-hand grip. Over-hand grip will also hit the lats but at the higher insertion near your armpits.

    Try doing this pausing at the top and going down slow, it really kicks up the intensity. I would also suggest using straps to help keep the tension on the lats instead of the biceps.

    when thing you dont realise is that vince has been filming for hours before we even see the video, hes probubly already done that set over and over. ALSO he will be able to do more than 6 pull ups he can probubly do loads, but it would mean the video would 1 5minutes long instead of 4 minutes and have a lot of extra reps that arent necessary to see!!

This is a workout video, he’s showing you what to do or what not and he mentioned you should have been training for 1+ before trying. How to videos normally aren’t going to go for full workout….

BUT, BUT,BUT u would have to work out Tuesday and Friday and on those day you have to cover chest/shoulders/tries/bies/hamstrings/quads/back!!! were talking 2.5/3 hrs each of those days YEAH BOY… or just do urself a favour and go 4 times a week ;)

    @noteboomable eat healthy and eat as much as you can. train smart, get stronger in the three most important lifts: squat, deadlift, bench. and sleep as much as you can. thats all it takes. no fancy programs or special diets.

    what should i do for harder excercises like pullups on week one? i can’t do 15 pullups especially after bentover rows. and then one the other end, easier ones like back extensions and incline reverse ups at the end, for 5 reps??? do i add wieghts?

    if u dont beleave plz go to 4.10 , half chin ups that is , dips … thats a really weird phenomenon u do deep dip only at the end , i mean how is this hapening in the rest of the world everyone starts deep and close the end might half it due to excaust , u seemed excausted in the 1st 3 ….
