    you should be hitting the weights asap.. doing weights burns heaps of calories. and also builds muscle, which gives the illusion of less fat..
    also, having more muscle requires generally consuming more calories throughout the day, therefore making diet easier if you’re monitiring calorie intake.

    intake of fats and carbohydrates go up and lower protein… raise calorie intake by double.. derp

    1) reduce your caloric intake by 300-500 below your basal metabolic rate.
    2) do minimum of 4 times a week 30 min cadio (the more, the better),
    3) continue weight training because when you reduce caloric intake, you lose muscle, weight training can prevent this.
    4) optionally take creatine; this also reduces the riskk of losing muscle while you consume less calories than you burn.

    vince i am a 14 year trying to get big and thick for high school football. It seems like no matter what i do i cant get and bigger or stronger right now i bench 205 and squat 255 and i wanna do more my goal is to bench 300 before 10 grade and squat close to 400 so i need some tips from you and i also dont have weight with me because they are expensive and cant make it to morning workouts because its at 5:30 in the morning so i really need your help. thank you

    ok im 14 and i have a little belly fat and a little on my chest(nothing serious)……well i dont want it there.I eat home made food most of the time and i only eat chicken chests(dunno how the food is called but its made from chicken chests) well i got a lot of muscle for my age but i wanna get ripped…….i know it will probably melt down in a couple of years but i am impatient. Got any tips for me?

    well for one he is a “natural body builder” and he looks tiny is because he’s actually fairly tall

    vince, normally they say 3 or 4 sets of flys per workout or whatever right? well would you still get the same workout/results if you did all 4 at different angles on the bench? or would you get better responce by doing 3or4 sets on each degree? or what

    also you’re saying dont split the muscle groups, ive been splitting my muscle groups over each week for the last year, explain how ive bulked up and gained 8kg of muscle mass you dumbass
