this is really good advice, i wasted a lot of time training without progressing not realizing that i had to progress every workout to gain muscle, i had no idea what i was doing and it’s such a simple concept.

The guy in the video gives good advice, but he needs to let people know when to increase your stress load. YOUR BODY WILL TELL YOU WHEN IT’S TIME TO INCREASE WEIGHTS WHEN IT BECOMES EASY TO DO YOUR NORMAL WOROUT ROUTINE. WHEN YOU FINISH FASTER, IT’S TIME TO INCREASE THE WEIGHTS.

He didnt mention sleeping well at night, and eating 6-8 low fat high protein meals per day every 2 hours and all the other stuff you have to take. going to the gym and pumping weights isnt enough. its a lifestyle
