Body Building?

i use 2 do a lot of body building but had 2 stop when i moved countries, i had no time 2 continue.
anw, my muscles started to sag and im tired of it having a "fat effect"…
my pecs are drooping like boobs n its really annoying…
i dont have time to visit the gym so i wanted 2 know what are some easy exercises i can do to at home to fix these problems.

i only have a couple of dumbells lying around but thats abt it, no place 2 get proper workout machines like @ the gym. not even enough room for a bench press :S




Thats the disadvantage of using steroids and why they are psychologically almost impossible to stop using – when you used to look so good, it drives you crazy to not be so ‘buff’.
You won’t bounce back overnight, but start to run and do some body weight resistance exercise (pushups, situps, tricep extensions, etc) and also stretching to increase flexibility will help to tighten up. Depending how pumped you were and your age, you may never bounce back with surgery – skin is flexible but if you are over 30yrs, you are on a real uphill struggle.
Push ups man. Do you have weights at home? You should get some. Or you can buy resistance bands. Or you can also buy P90X.
