the gym will help a ton
try this routine its quick and effective

squat 3×5
powerclean 3×3
pushpress 3×3
run 1mile hard
you will feel it!
Yes! Going to the gym will be very beneficial to you. You say your muscles are not to your satisfaction…. pull-ups and push-ups are NOT enough to build your muscles.
Join a gym, get them to write you a program and you’ll soon see a difference!
Hey did you know that if you are over weight with fat or muscle, you have the same chance for heart disease.
you are limiting yourself without a gym membership. push up and chin ups do so much and you are not reaching your potential.
get to join the gym and workout one bodypart a day for some awesome gains with the variety of exercises.
also work your neck, calf, abs, forearm 5-6 days a week since they recover fast.
going to the gym would help mainly because of the determination you’d have with everyone around
if you have a busy schedule, you could also do workouts at home
there are plenty of places where you can find workout routines for a busy person or who just doesn’t have time to get to the gym
