    in december 2007 i was a 5’4 100 pound guy, i got a weight bench for christmas to bulk up for being called Scrawny, after 3 months of strength gain but no weight, i started to use Protein and Creatine, it was great i weighed 140 pounds within 4 months, but this stopped, i researched how to gain muscle as a scrawny guy,and found a special protein called SRT, Slow Release Technology for guys like me, i reccommend it to all the people like me out there to show the big guys little guys are tough too

    yea i know what you are saying i was in the same situation felt

    uncomfartable findng clothes that fit, but know im cool got a new thing

    called the magic vest from ebay, you wear it under any of your clothes makes

    you look built also thing is really comfartable, anyways check out ebay type

    in paded muscle t shirt

    i’m not really into subscribing to other users, but you’ve to my attention now. I’m 6ft and about 160. my goal for the past two years or so has been to get up to between 175 and 180. I think i’m just gonna follow your plan and see what happens. lets on an adventure together
