6 months is 26 weeks.. it is possible to put on 2 or 3 pounds a week if you eat right.. so, if you were to gain 2 pounds a week for 6 months, then you would have gained 52 pounds.. it’s very possible.

do some research before you go around calling people frauds

  2. squidgyskankout says:

yes it is possible in OVERALL BODYWEIGHT. read my post u moron im talking about muscle which vince claims is possible, when it is infact physically IMPOSSIBLE, so it looks like u need to actually read peoples posts b4 replying cause uve just really embarrased urself there kid

  3. smokestackeroo says:

you are the one acting like a mr. know it all.. the only embarrassment here is yours.

not everyone’s body works like yours.. maybe he is genetically gifted… or maybe, just maybe, if one applies themselves, and eats 6000 calories a day, it could be possible..

anyways, i’m certainty not gonna take advice from someone who comes off like a jackass, like you.

  4. squidgyskankout says:

LMFAO!!!! vince is hardly genetically gifted. ure calling me a jackass when u claim eating 6000 cals a day it could be possible. yes if you want to gain a tonne of fat aswell, im guessing u dont workout much?

  5. smokestackeroo says:

you really are a moron.you can minimize fat intake, even on a 6000 calorie diet. u should check out some of vince’s diet plans.

honestly, you are coming off like you have some kind of crush on the guy. i mean, why would a grown man spew so much hatred towards someone like you are if there wasn’t some kind of Freudian crush going on there..

but while you are criticizing, link me to your book, and your workout materials that you have written and I’ll be sure to give them a look; otherwise, stfu.

  6. squidgyskankout says:

hahahahaahha u must be dumb, i call vince a fraudster so u think i have a crush on him??? hmmm nice thinking JACKASS!!!! and LMFAO!!! KEEPING FAT INTAKE LOW ON A 6000 CAL DIET?? u have to burn more than you take in to BURN FAT. anyuone whos on a 6000 cal diet and trying to minimize fat intake is a moron just like ureself, ure so fucking dumb LMFAO ROFL. and stop tlking about freud its got nothing to do with the argument u pathetic little kid, ure comments bore me

  7. smokestackeroo says:

obviously my comments make you feel very good about yourself because you are able to act like a know it all badass over the INTERNET just like an angst filled teenager would.

People ridicule what they don’t understand. the main reason people are skinny is because they have a fast metabolism.. some skinny people have to eat WAY more than a person with a normal metabolism in order to gain muscle.

    do you not understand this??

his routine is for skinny people.. not know it all meathead wannabes

  8. squidgyskankout says:

u think im a meat head? bahahahahaha. skinny people only have to eat 500-800 calories over their basal metabolic rate (if you even know what that is) to gain a very good amount of muscle. u sound like such a newbie its funny, i cnt be bothered to reply anymore to ure dire, ill-educated comments, goodbye newbie

  9. smokestackeroo says:

so if every skinny guy just ate 500 calories more than his standard 2500, then ther would be no skinny people left.. if your technique is so proven, then why aren’t you posting the links to your programs that work for skinny people??

if I were to eat only 500 extra calories a day my body would laugh.. i have a super fast metabolism, and you aren’t an expert.. there is no cookie cutter method for all people.. glad your extra 500 calories a day works for you..

what are you a workout preacher?

  10. smokestackeroo says:

you’re just an overgrown 23 year old teenager who still thinks he knows EVERYTHING, and that if only the world would listen to you, then everything would be just perfect, right?? everyone would be fit, and there would be no skinny people.

I wonder how hard it would be for u to try and NOT come off like a complete jackass. I bet damn near impossible.

you offer nothing to help anyone. u are only here to make yourself feel bigger than you really are by criticizing others. the only fraud here is u

  11. vmcnick says:

Seriously, the guy is an ignorant dumbass, dont listen to him.

  12. tunzim says:

It depends on your height…If you’re 149 lbs and 6′+ in height, that’s pretty skinny

  13. icelifeguard says:

well, my “natural weight” was 115 (no bullshix!) now its 140 on a good day, for 6 feet tall right on the penny! (never drank or smoke, alway eaten good and stuff) u don’t wanna know what I had to do to become “healthy”

Vince’s a great guy still, but at least he’s normal

  14. tunzim says:

wow 115 ..that’s pretty impressive to get up to 140…im about 6 or 6’1 or so…i’m at 150…i started the diet/workout about 5 weeks ago…my scale at home is fucked up so im not sure what my starting weight was, but i think it was 140-143 or something like that.. us skinnies gotta look out for one anoter!!

  15. icelifeguard says:

you’re doing good, man! train hard and use a lot of protein too (clean food and supplements) and check your %fat just to make sure ur actually putting muscle and fat is not creeping on unnoticed.. if u can see ur abs, you’re ok!

  16. davidj12356 says:

he had the pleasure of living with 8 dudes?!

  17. thebeat911 says:

    thats right indeed. Very skinny

  18. tunzim says:

To be honest all of this calories, protein and carbs thing confuses the hell out of me…if we just want to put on muscle then woudlnt we just need protein and to hell with the rest? Or do the calories come in as a fodder for the ‘fire’ so to speak, so it instead of burning away muscle, it burns off those extra calories we are packing in? It’s just so confusing because when I do eat a lot, my stomach gets all bloated and ‘fat’ and i look skinny elsewhere but my stomach…so lost..

  19. mohammad112388 says:

Yup. Height can be deceiving. 6 foot over here and people think im skinny and I weigh 175.

  20. TheRebornjason says:

i personally find this program very good…

  21. giadalover says:

how do you gain fucking 40 to 50 lbs in 6 months with out something, come on i love vinces but plz man help

  22. RussianMI6 says:

food, but id reckon protein shakes..

  23. AfroSchmuck says:

    @tunzim LOL

:…(….. I’m a skinny guy too *break down crying as if I just joined a support group* I went from 136? to 144, but my goal is 165ish. See you in 5 years lol? My Dad is built like a tank. His bones are heavy and strong so he had the perfect foundation even before he started bodybuilding. My mom is a twig, and guess what happened to me?

  24. mybodysayinletsgo says:

@davidj12356 ROFLMAO! completely missed it the first time HAHA

  25. Alive4Metal says:

@stellarshore remember though, YOU MUST follow the program, Vince tells you what to do but ultimately its up to YOU to put in the effort and really work your butt off, do that and you will get results, no half heartedness or half ass attitude, its either do or dont. good luck
