During my quest for a healthier body i came across many tips and theories for building muscle and reducing fat so i thought i would share my top ten with you.
1.with so many weight loss and building muscle exercises it may be that you have to combine elements for the best results. Furthermore it will be differnet for everyone. To select the best program for your work out you should look out for someone with the same body construction and have gained muscle and get tips from them.
2. Your metabolism affects your size. if you are having trouble gaining muscle then you most probably have a fast metabolism, your body burns fats faster than you can eat and you are in the deficit zone.
3. Genetic factors and Muscle building come into what results yoiu will have. the shape of your body is determined by your gene factor. If your mum and dad are lean and thinit is highly likely you will be, but this does not mean you can’t build muscles. You will need to work hard continuously to gain extra muscle tissues in your body.
4. Doing more exercises does not mean more muscle, this always should be kept in mind. The objective of weight training is to activate muscle growth where as over training can lead to loss of muscle.
5. working just one muscle never provides the best results, as an exercise that works a group of muscles will put more strain on your body, the strain stimulates your nervous system to distribute the muscle building hormones
6. You need more than 3 meals a day you should eat every two and a half hours that is six meals a day eating at steady intervals helps muscle assimilation.
7. Time spent swimming and running is recovery and muscle building time lost, the fastest way to get rid of fat is bodybuilding, aerobic exercise can help lose fat but if you are on a high calorie diet for muscle building it is counter productive.
8. long training sessions are not the answer, your levels of catabolic hormones will go up and these hormones are the main cause of breaking down muscle tissue and muscle loss.
9. No pain no gain, lifting the same weight continuously will not benefit you you must build on your weight if you want to build your muscle.
10. Free weights build muscle quicker, machines are good for beginners, it helps with control and balance and minimizes injuries, but machines have their limits.
