		<description>if u dont beleave plz go to 4.10 , half chin ups that is , dips ... thats a really weird phenomenon u do deep dip only at the end , i mean how is this hapening in the rest of the world everyone starts deep and  close the end might half it due to excaust , u seemed excausted in the 1st 3 ....</description>
