i heard that it was easier for guys to build muscle faster it that true. How long does it take guys and girls to build muscle (when you can see in the mirror ur changes)
Girls don’t have as much testosterone as guys. That’s why a lot of girls take steroids when doing bodybuilding. You can build muscle but it won’t be a lot and it will take ages.
Yes cause men have testosterone which is what helps u build muscle.
Males have one Y chromosome and one X, females have two X chromosomes
When females use steroids they get more Y chromosomes hence giving them more testosterone than normal
Yes because girls muscle are soft (women soft )
