i have been knocking out these workouts for a couple of weeks now while running in between days and i have already shed off 7 lbs. i got a half marathon i am training for in october. this is good shit bruh!

u dnt want to go “on” a diet, cuse wen someone goes ON a diet he goes OFF a diet, try make this a permanent thingin ur life by just stopping fast food and fired foods and just eat moderately
its better if ueat 5-6 small meals a day then 3 bnig meals a day cus it would keep ur body in a state which it will burn fat

@cal4president No, whole grain is a great source for complex carbohydrates; a great all-round source of energy which your body needs to build muscle. It is recommended to have at least 500 grams of carbohydrates and 45 grams of lean protein to build strong lean muscle.
If you can barely handle these, how can I manage to do this?!

I’ve been working out for 3 1/2 months. I am 6’5”, 215 lbs. My goal has been to lose 10 to 15lbs of fat. I’ve read that to maintain my body weight, as is, I need to eat around 3,100 calories daily. I’ve lowered my calorie intake to 2,600 daily (5 to 6 meals a day consisting of carbs, protein, fat), do HIIT cardio 3 times a week, and weight train 3 days a week. I drink lots of water.
After 3 1/2 months, I’ve seen no fat loss and very slight muscle gain. What could I be doing wrong?
