If your new forget the Isolation , Get strong first at your Push and Pulls then Start intoducing a bit of isolation stuff to your programme. Your Programme should never be based around Isolation etc . Try starting off with Bodyweight Chins 1st ,Soon as you master them The,n You should be lifting heavy enough with Bicep curls to actually make some gains , But again Isolation should be done to complement your workout not the main bulk of a workout maybe at the end etc .
How much wieght is he curling at the first part? about 65? =/. I’m 15 and I could do that exercise with about 40 LB’s .

Actually if any one has done 21′s successfully you don’t need a lot of weight to get a good burn from it. In fact lower weight is probably better for 21′s so you van keep better form. Same with bicep curls anybody who knows how to gain muscle knows it isn’t about how much weight you use but how well you handle the used weight.
To the dummies complaining about how much weight he’s lifting. If you know anything about working out weight is not the matter.

what u guys don’t realize is that high reps and slow negatives are what builds muscle by making deeper tears in the cells not doing heavy ass weight for 4 or 5 reps…its a myth that heavy weight less reps builds muscle..85% of the biggest and most cut guyz int he gym i know never go less than 8 reps ever

thats impossible to have 0% body fat. and extremely unhealthy, anything under 4% i say is unhealthy, “my opinion” though.
