one day rest is good for ur abs..
everyday will over train them
yo is this good..
i lost weight now im lean and i wanna get ripped
but i still got do some cardio cuz im 15% body fat , i wanna be 10%. so is this a good idea?
Mon- Chest/Triceps/abs/cardio
Tue- Biceps/Back
Wed- Leg/Shoulders/abs/cardio
Thu- Chest/Triceps
Fri- Biceps/Back/abs/cardio
Sat- Legs/Shoulders
Sun- REST
experts say that if u wanna gain muscle u shouldnt do cardio everyday u should do cardio for 3-4 times a week so i wanna do three.. thx alot if u answer bak

yeah work your abs every other day…but jog everyday i sometimes jog twice a day

sakoking its all about your diet not just your exercises. and you gotta do cardio every day atleast 30 mins twice once in morning once at night
i do it once a week, but cane myself when i do. getting a hot set of abs isn’t so much about the ab exercise itself, it generally depends on your nutrition and cardio! focusing and controlling these elements first is the way to go, usually the workout is the last thing to focus on.

This guy has a great body, no doubt; however, his workouts should not be followed to a tee in hopes of gaining muscle and losing fat. He’s clearly genetically gifted, and he can probably do whatever he wants and he’ll look like that. His workouts are pretty random, with no real progression for muscle mass.

hey bro im 14. n im a big boy. lol i play alota sport n every1 in my afl team n like other people i play are all riped im sorta ripped when i tense haha but not otherwise dads thinking bout starting me on “musachi” n useing my gym i do but like i cant do chin up”s or alota pushups but i wanna build my upder boddy reckon u can give me some tips ?

@TheMrAds for the pull ups try using an assisted machine… and for push ups just do em on your knees.. you may think its a bit girly but whatever you’ll eventually find them easy and move up to regular push ups, then like one legged and just keep progressing when you find the easier
