How can i build muscle with visible effects within 6 weeks?

I’ve recommended this technique to people who want to get bigger and stronger in minimal time, so I want to share it with you as well.
It’s relatively hard, so make sure you have a spotter or someone who is stronger than you to spot you.
It’s called a drop set, but I have a twist that makes this a huge gain-booster, and you’ll definitely be able to tell a difference if you put it in your workouts for the next couple of weeks.
Start off with a weight that is impossible to lift 3 times. (Say bicep curls, you lift 25 pounds 10 times, bump it up to 35-40 for 2 huge reps with perfect form).
Without resting, go to a weight that is impossible to lift 10 times, but light enough to crank out 5-8 reps.
Without resting, go to a light weight that you can’t lift anymore than 20 reps. This is going to be an insanely light weight, and it will totally burn like Hades, but you gotta crank out as many as you can.
So example, your bicep sets/reps will look like this for bicep curls:
Set 1: 40lbs – 2 reps.
Set 2: 30lbs – 6 reps.
Set 3: 10 lbs – 15 reps.
Write down your weights and reps, and then rest for a couple of days, come back to the same exercise, and I bet you mroe than anything, you can do more reps with heavy weight.
Set a limit: once you can hit 4 reps on your heavy set (set 1), bump the weight up 5 lbs, and repeat.
