How do I build muscle in my legs but burn fat in my stomach at the same time?

okay, i have small legs, so i am trying to build muscle. i know to use heavier weights and less reps every few days but i DO NOT want to burn the fat i have on my legs.

At the same time, i want to start running to burn my tummy fat. But as i said i dont want to lose leg fat.

HOW DO I DO THIS?

oh, dieting is an option. whatever will help.

NO STUPID ANSWERS PLEASE.

You dont really have a choice in the matter as to where you want to burn fat…I hope you can realize this important fact.

To increase leg size, you should lift weights and eat more calories than you burn in a day (this is called your "basal metabolic rate").

However, to lose fat (from ur tummy), you’ll need to do cardio vascular activities. You’ll be losing the weight by cutting down on the calories your body intakes per day (cardio creates a calorie deficit).

Your trouble here is that you cant really do both. I recommend just working on bulking up your legs first (eating more calories) and doing ab exercises along with leg workouts. Hopefully this will even help you cut ur body fat percentage down.
