However, to lose fat (from ur tummy), you&#039;ll need to do cardio vascular activities.  You&#039;ll be losing the weight by cutting down on the calories your body intakes per day (cardio creates a calorie deficit).

Your trouble here is that you cant really do both. I recommend just working on bulking up your legs first (eating more calories) and doing ab exercises along with leg workouts. Hopefully this will even help you cut ur body fat percentage down.</description>
