		<description>Doing lunges and squats with just your body weight for starters will do a pretty good job, actually.  Then you can get a couple 1-gallon water or milk jugs and fill those with water/sand and use them as weights. That will keep you going for quite a while longer.  If you have a broomstick or rod you can hang multiple jugs on it and put it over your shoulders like a barbell and go forever.</description>

lunges- start with your feet together and lungs forward with one leg and then return with to standing position. aditionaly do lunges backwords
wall sits- pick a pretty wall and lean against it with your back as if you were in a chair start with 3 2-3 minute reps progress to longer times and more reps.

if you are aiming to show off your calfs or just want them strong and ripped as hell a jump rope can do wonders. it will rip the fat of,  strengthen your endurance and build your legs like no other, if you go this path find a place such as a lwan to take most of the impact cause by the jumping

conventional metods will do like running try adding a twist though run up a hill 
once you find tat nice hill try walking up it backwords it will work your calfs
