How do I build up muscle for football?

I am 15, going to be 16 soon. I want to start playing football as a quarterback. I am 6 feet tall and about 175 pounds, and I am pretty skinny. I don’t workout at all, i.e. no lifting weights, push-ups, etc., but I can throw a NFL regulation ball 30 yards, which I think is decent for someone who makes no attempt to get stronger. I do know the proper way of throwing a football, and I can throw spirals. Well, I know to play football at QB, I am going to need to get stronger. 30 yards should be an easy throw, not my max. What do I need to strengthen to be a QB? I am guessing my whole upper body; biceps, triceps, abs, chest, back, etc. And maybe my legs? I really don’t have much money to buy weights. Can push-ups be effective?

So what I am really asking is: what muscles do I need to build up to be a good QB, and can I strengthen these muscles without weights. Thanks!
I’m not skinny like anorexic, I just meant skinny in the way that I’m not fat in any way.

You need to build up and the only way is lifting weights. Throwing the ball 30 yards will never do. When I played football in high school I could throw the ball 70 yards without any trouble. Pushups and doing chins on the bar will help but nothing does it faster than weights.

    You’re 175 you say? I’m 16, 5’11 and 170 and I’m hella buff. I don’t see how you can be that skinny
