there’s no easy or super fast way to build muscle, trust me. unless of course you’re willing to take steroids. no pain no gain bud, just hit that gym, all depends how bad you want it. eat well before and after you lift
First of all, get enough protien in your diet. Protien builds hair, skin, muscle, ect. Second, just go work out, have an even workout. Workout every other day because it takes usually one day for muscle to repair and heal it self after you rip it (thats where they get the term "get ripped"). Good luck.

Drinking plenty of water…
Getting at least 8 hours sleep per night…..
Never doubling up on sets, that will only stagnate your overall muscle development.
