How to train and build massive triceps with close grip bench press and skull crushers. Triceps need to be trained properly because they make up the bulk of your big arms.

How do you get the inner tricep my horseshoe is almost complete bu i need to work the inner triceps
@MrCoachking – I have always thought that you can train various parts of the tricep but have found out every tricep exercise works all three of the muscles and actually there is not a particular one that you can do to work a certain muscle in the tricep. You just need to do things like push downs and kick backs. I find those to be about the best for me. I do use others but not as much. Baz

@MrCoachking – there are videos on both the exercises you mention. Traps you need to do shrugs. Upper pecks you need to do incline bench press. Have a look on bazbolg and you will see them. Baz

Another workout that is a body weight exercise are tricep push-ups. Also, another name for skullcrushers is the french push down I believe

Aren’t compound excercises like bench presses and squats what you want to do to build maximum overall body mass. They release the most GH — unlike single muscle excercises like the skull crusher ? !
@bigchickenfu – yes the compound exercises do have a good effect on the body but it is good to do some isolation exercises to. You do not have to just do one or the other. Mix up your training and enjoy it. Baz
