    I would recommend training one group of muscles one day, and then training another group the next day cause EFFECTIVELY training ALL your muscles in one day takes hours, and you might not have that time

    I would also recommend using weight that are light enough so you can do complete sets, but heavy enough so you can BARELY complete sets

    Doing every muscle group is CRITICAL, because you don’t want things like a big chest and arms with chicken legs
