    Hi i am 16 and i am trying to build muscle i run about 4 mile evrey day.Would you say runing would stop me from Building Muscle.

    I am not an expert, but if you run every day, you might got less power for the muscle training.

    I do jogging twice a week (Wedn. and Sun.) for about 10km. On this days I don’t do any other exercise. I feel that it is better to concentrate on one thing a day. And on this two days I have a break what is recommended. You shouldn’t do bodybuilding 7 days a week.

    running will actually make you leaner, for building muscle you just want to stick with weight training. Running every so often won’t hurt
