How to gain weight and swimming or body building?

Well I am 40 pounds under weight, I wanna gain weight and make body I started swimming and body building I have trainer but I wanna know from experienced people if i use vitamins is there any problem for me in long term and is body building and swimming good for me how?

    Cut out the cardio..Eat alot always have a mult,i Gold standard protein and theres a product called REAL MASS thats a great supplement ..google it

    If you wanna gain alot of muscle weight, you need to really eat. Unless you care more about definition than actual strength, then here’s it. You’ve seen michael phelps eat right? Massive amounts of food, and he has no abs or ripped arms, but is amazing. So, my advice is to have a large feast, containing pasta, and meats for preferable energy. With that in you, you then do an intense workout. Search online for one you like, and eat alot, and just go all out, even strengthening your current workout. But your muscles really work with all those carbs and that load of protein in oyu. Hope I helped!

    Swimming takes a lot of energy and carbohydrates.You have to eat a lot.You muscles take up the energy for growing but don’t eat a lot.
