a no carb or sugar(glucose/glycogen depleted) diet is impossible(from a biological standpoint) because nearly half of protein and around 10% of fat does convert to sugar w/o the presence of excess carbohydrate via gluconeogenesis. but i agree, i should have been more clear as to not cause confusion…thanks

Well what theyre sayin is tru about the mornings cuz think of it this way calories are just energy right and if you leave it it turns to fat what most people do is burn almost 3/4 the calories they intake but if you dont eat before you workout you burn the excess calories hence, burn fat but this doesnt mean dont eat just excersise before you eat and eat small portions then do small excersises to burn that

Eat breakfeast (Healthy obv.)
Excersise (caridio or ab b
