Jay Cutler Maximum Mass-Building Meals

2-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler relies on the importance of off-season nutrition to pack on as much muscle as possible. Here we show you exactly what one of the biggest men on the planet eats to fill out his XXXXL t-shirts with granite-hard muscle.

I have like 5-6 meals with usually between 1 and 2 protein shakes a day.. But I have no where near the proportions that Jay has. I have always struggled to eat big meals all my life, it doesnt take alot for me to get full, but within 60-90 I can be hungry again. Anyone have any tips as to how I could train my body to eat bigger proportions? It would be appreciated
The muscles are nice, but man, this is not the kind of life i’d like to live. It seems like a very dull and routine lifestyle to me.
i think if he watching cinema that the duration is 3 hour..
maybe he will eat breast chicken in cinema.. =)
how do body builders make money if most of them just lift weights all day?
@LvrpoolLad use bigger plates, that way you can trick your mind. sometimes i also drink a lot of water shortly before meals, and then go to the toliet, that way you expand your stomach. don’t spice up your food, that way you can also eat more. sometimes i also grap an extra portion, after i have left the dinner table, and eat it in my room .. hope it was helpfull..
dnt they get money from theyre sponsors?
lol yh guile on 10 pounds of food a day dat is!
@akachinoo maybe a small child too. LOL.
@WhosAtroll sponsors and winning comps also photo shoots dvds writing up there workout plans
@patpock they do that when they are on-season. when they are not training for mr.olympia they are just regular people like you and me
@WhosAtroll they compete in contests for cash prizes and they find companies to sponsor them. jay cutler is sponsored by muscletech, and they pay him to workout and go to photoshoots and endorse their supplements. they can make millions of dollars.
@WhosAtroll it all about commercials and products! they are the commercials for all the teenies that buy all the shake, the supplements, gear, ect. the get the money for there presentation of the muscles and the tell him “you need this shake, this supplement is awesome, etc”. And they get money for presentin there body on stage. and the competions are also sponsored by supplement company. the cycle goes on and on..
They get paid to train cause there sponsered for competitit
@whosatroll….they have sponsorships and appearances and promotion of products
@WhosAtroll they have sponsors duh. they pay for supplements etc.
@WhosAtroll ronnie colemen is a police officer, dennis wolf is an commodity traders, jay is a real estate broker.. BUT body building is passion so dont mix it with money..!!
@WhosAtroll This is what I’ve been wondering..
I know these guys train like beasts, but I wonder, sometimes, if having to ingest all that food is actually the least pleasant part of their day. They must literally force feed themselves to get the nutrients they need.
@WhosAtroll they have rich parents, or girlfreind who worx, or like me investments
@WhosAtroll they get paided from sponsors and competitons they compete in. n some like Ronnie Coleman have a job too, he was a police officer
@WhosAtroll They are paid to do that… Through endorsements plus cash prizes for winning shows; and they are on a contract with the IFBB.
@WhosAtroll
A lot of body builders have jobs on the side.
Jay cutler is in real estate
Ronnie is a cop.
A few work as personal trainers. Things like that.
haha oh man so mannny protein shakes
@WhosAtroll Well, they have sponsors, and the top guys, who are fully sponsored, get paid quite a bit from their sponsors. They also make money from placing or winning shows, i.e. 1st place in the olympia, 2009 Jay Cutler, won a 200,000$ dollar prize. The diff between Pro & amateur, is the fact that pros make money from shows, Jay for example also has his own business, with guest appearances, cloths, etc. use your imagination, Trust me, they make pretty decent money, enough to work out all day
@WhosAtroll …most of them have day jobs…like Ronnie Coleman. A Texas policeman
