Muscle Author, Vince Del Monte’s Bachelor Party Weekend!
This past weekend (June 4th to 7th), was my OFFICIAL bachelor party weekend and we celebrated Vinny D style – white water rafting through class 4 and class 5 rapids! It was an honor to have some of my closest friends fly in from all over the country to be apart of this weekend. You will probably recognize some of the faces in the “line up.” Enjoy the footage of us getting tossed around – we all came home safe except for some twisted knees, backs, necks and toes. Nothing we won’t heal from. Let me tell you – this bachelor party ROCKED and I highly recommend you do something memorable and classy like we did – don’t feel like you need to do the sleazy and low-class bachelor parties most people resort too. Trust me, all of your friends will have a 10x better time and thank you for the memorable experience. @TheBallaaa4sho I’m definitely not against a few alcoholic beverages. Why would we have other women at my bachelor party? Have you seen my fiance? You know I’m getting married in 3-weeks? I don’t understand why I would have other women at a bachelor party?!?!?
@TheBallaaa4sho I know you guys are joking when you ask, “Where were the strippers?” I’ve never been into strippers, not even while I was single… Plus, why would I want strippers? Have you seen how hot my fiancee is?! You’re not ready to get married if you want to be with a stripper a few weeks before your wedding… just my opinion.
Looks like you had an awesome time Vince…wish i could give that a try some time. I’ve never been one to do many dangerous things, but this really does look fun. By the way, congrats on getting married Vince. It seems like you and Flavia are perfect for each other.
p.s. – only one more week till i get this freakin’ splint off my finger…then im hitting the weight room for an intense upper body workout. I’ll be sure to keep you posted on my progress Vince. Take care man!

I raft 2-3 times a day @ my school atm, and in 2 weeks time it will be Extremesports Week here! ( im gonna compete wohoo )If you guys are looking for rivers with much more power you should take a trip

@VinceDelMonte …The strippers are for the friends to have fun arround you, not necesary the one thats getting married. That can change. Other wise is not a bachelors party…it will look like a GAY PARTY, full of guys drinking together…thats the picture.

this is on the ottawa river right? cuz i recognize every wave there lol ive been there a few times (twice when i was 15 and now at 17) white water rafting is amazing! except there when our whole raft flipped over on the biggest wave and everyone in our raft had to swim to shore lol
