Muscle building????????????????
Hey i am a skinny guy. 15 years old. Im planning to get some muscle over the summer. I plan to start off with some dumbells and do alot of ab workouts. What execises should i do with the dumbells that are effective? Also are there any leg excercises i can do that will help me gain weight in my legs?

- One leg squat (if your dumbbells aren’t very heavy)
- Calf raises
- Leg curls
Chest:
- Press
- Fly
Back:
- Bent over row
Shoulders:
- Posterior delt fly
- Arnold press
- Military press
- Front extension
- Lateral delt fly
Biceps:
- Curl
- Hammer curl
- Concentration curl
- Preacher curl
Triceps:
- Overhead extensions
- Skull crusher
- Lying rear extension
Traps:
- Shrugs
Forearm:
- Wrist curl
- Reverse wrist curl
Abs:
- Russian twist
- Weighted crunch
- Weighted leg extension
