@joshman1088 im rely skinny i eat about 2 or 3 people amount of food a day but i dont gain weight at all i eat everything
The 3 main things that build muscle. 1)Heavy Sets-Continue till failure on the last 2-3 sets doing 3-5 Set.(i defined failure as you excert all your musclar energy with good form till the weight is not able to lifted at all and the negative part is forced! 2)Caloric Overload-Multiply your body weight in lbs by 18-20 and eat that much. But no junk food. 3) Go to sleep at or slightly before 10 pm and get at least 8 hours sleep. GL BODY BUILDING!

its because youre a teen n ur mentabolism rate is high~ take advantage of this to grow taller~ once u reach 18~ BOOM! 1 yr of intense training n ur body will b like him(almost)
try eating different foods, look up bodybuilding diets, a lot are very plain, but just focus on hitting necessary requirements for muscle gain, another product i used for a while but reccomend ALONGSIDE a healthy diet not in place of is musashi-bulk its a protein shake but is designed for weight gain, although if you dont eat healthy exercise enough and just drink that stuff you’ll be a right fatty, i used it was at the gym 5 nights a week and gained about 7kg in 2 weeks
in saying that i dont really get into suppliments all that much was just living with people who cooked shit food at the time and my gains deteriorated so needed something to help out im now back to getting it all from my diet

with dips u work on triceps, schoulders and chest
@Evilstuff if u cant do 50 in a row atleast do two sets of 25 which means do 25 take a break for a minute then do it again or if u cant do that do 10 pushups take a 20-30 second break and keep doing it til u do 50 hope i helped u a bit lol….
How was this a video for begginners? You said you were dreading the workout… at the moment i would struggle with 10 of each of those workouts because im a begginner… thanks for the tips..
