    Nice Vince! Now, you can also do this with a 4:1 tempo to get a different workout all together, or do it on the last set.

    Super sets do take time off your workouts so use them wisely.

    It says week 1, week 2, but I think he means day 1, day 2, day3 and so forth. I’d hope anyway. Because you are suppose to take a day off in between workouts to let your body recover. So that would be 4 workout days a week.
