Super sets do take time off your workouts so use them wisely.

its all hype man . all steriods. it takes 3 years to build a good physique. not one month or 2 weeks.
Is this once per week?
It says week 1, week 2, but I think he means day 1, day 2, day3 and so forth. I’d hope anyway. Because you are suppose to take a day off in between workouts to let your body recover. So that would be 4 workout days a week.
