thanks for the tips, and for making the video, just for me.
you should be eating a meal every 2-3 hours
aiming for around 6-8 meals a day
you want 250-500 more calories in your diet daily
if your metabolism is very fast then you may need more
make sure that you have rest days inbetween work outs because its that time when your recorering is where the muscle tissue and fibre will grow back.
train hard, i advise mid reps mid sets
so 5 x 5 is an excellent set and reps to start at. make sure you keep a good form when doing the excercise
can you send to me too? i’d appreaciate it !
that guy is a skinny cunt
holy cow. there are some skinny dudes talking about how to gain mucles mass and yet these skinny seems like they dont practice their ideas
Haha dude your jokes. Vince is like 200lbs and 6% bf. I imagine you are one of those 200 lbs douche bags who just comments on videos all day trying to feel good about himself by putting others down. Grow up.
Actually you are incorrect. 6% bodyfat is impressive but i made a very valid point and as you can see from other comments im not the only one that thinks so, that point is: that this guy is skinny and is giving advice about how not to be skinny. Its like a fat ass telling everyone how to get slim, doesn’t work. Im 233lb around 10% @ 6’1″
vince needs better shoulders
Thanks man that really helped me figure out a lot. Youre The Man!
im 152 pounds 6ft 1. i would call my self a hard gainer, i can eat and eat and still stay the same weight. any1 have any good diets tips for me.
IM staring to eat more protein and working out.
And is jogging a bad idea if i want to gain weight.?
You guys amaze me always!!! Thanks for the info!!! To see the same topic kindly watch my videos!!!
eat atleast ur body weight x18 in calories a day and limit cardio
Some cardio is good but don’t over do it. I run just a simple mile before every workout just to get my heart rate up and blood flowing.
If you’re lifting weights and eating enough and still not seeing results, you’re probably not eating the right foods. Just because you workout then slam a protein shake and go to subway doesn’t mean you’re going to build muscle. Look at a hardcore bodybuilders diet. -Thats what you’ll have to eat and it’s not very fun.
ya ok thanks i was running at least 15miles a week, im cutting down the running and after increasing the eating and i am seeing a difference already, thanks 4 da advice
you are a very good teacher and i want to thank you for your info my brother….

hey, what kind of bodyweight exercises do u propose for me to prepare for the weights. I weight 125lbs , 16yrs 5″5
@johndoeshar bodyweight, you are limited to pushups, dips, crunches. Id suggest you go right to the weights with a very basic program. Message me if you have any questions.
@mrfitness123 I have a question! I want to get bigger arms, but tricep exercises are so hard to find… Do you know of any that would build muscle? (not just tricep, bicep too).. thanks
@JobeMinacum Hello, send me a private message to my channel, its easier for me to answer if im on the go with my phone and such. And easier to navigate instead of sifting through all of these comments!
