@stang46281 . Best protein= regular food. Best supp= basic vit/min.
After training drink gatorade or dextrose powder (20/30 grm`s) to replace glycogen.
Only lifting and rest make`s muscle grow, don`t waste money on supp`s= it`s a million dollar con business.

No worries.
To get bigger just do basic`s ( squat, row, bench etc) for 6/12 month`s for overall body growth. Please do not waste time/effort doing isolation stuff- it does not work!.

my bicep is weird all i have is a huge peak and the begining of the bicep is all flat but some muscle lol thanks for this video everyone at my gym always asked me why my bicep was like that lol
