    @stang46281 . Best protein= regular food. Best supp= basic vit/min.
    After training drink gatorade or dextrose powder (20/30 grm`s) to replace glycogen.
    Only lifting and rest make`s muscle grow, don`t waste money on supp`s= it`s a million dollar con business.

    No worries.
    To get bigger just do basic`s ( squat, row, bench etc) for 6/12 month`s for overall body growth. Please do not waste time/effort doing isolation stuff- it does not work!.

    I want to thank you for the videos for triceps and biceps along with your partner. I have been using this routine for triceps and biceps, and let me tell you: it works!!. In combination with a better nutrition, I have seen results in 4 weeks in my arms. Again, I thank you very much for sheering these techniques.
