My 1 year muscle gain and weight gain body transformation before and after

**PLEASE READ** click4muscle.com I myself have used this website and learnt so much. There is a heap of useful info from one of the most inspiring bodybuilders I know of! Check out his site and packages available. Cheers all. So about me…. I have always been real skinny my whole life….like only weighing around 52kg. I bought a bench press which i worked out on for around a year and then joined the gym…around 1/2 through my photo’s. I did my hsc so some weeks i couldnt train. The reason I have posted this video is for both positive feedback and helpful tips, not to try n show off, but puely so I can both help and learn from others. I am not ‘big’ and wouldn’t compare myself to alot of people/weight lifters. Just showing small changes over the year so far :D I have always had an ectomorph body type and have been really light my whole life so tips on nutrition especially would be awesome. Also some info on compound excercises would be awesome. These photo’s are here to be seen and positively criticised and I would love to have some tips and pointers on mass gaining. Anything from excercises, routines to nutrition to protein. So please don’t criticise in term of pointing out that i’m not massive. I have been slack and not worked my legs and abs nearly as much as my upper body but im hitting them hard now :D thanks. I have been using a mass gainer but not the full ammount cause i don’t have a job…and therefore not enough money lol but i’ve been trying to eat alot

Good job man but you are spending ENTIRELY too much time on your back. Actually It looks like you went insane with just the lat pull down machine. There are are so many other back muscles to work out and it looks like you neglect the shit out of your chest and abs and shoulders shit..ok the rest of your body is far behind in comparison to your back. Even tho this is only one year thats still not good.

  9. xXMiniMyaXx says:

dont eat to just gain mass, you will gain mass anyway, so just eat a normal healthy diet every day and do some cardio, running riding that sort of stuff and your muscles will not only be big but they will be big

Whats something interesting to notice is that when you begin to workout and build up muscle and burn fat, not only does your whole body change, but you can see the difference in your face.

Good job man, Im starting to take progress pics and After this i might make a video in a year or so.

Well done man! There’s a notable difference in you, and that’s what you were obviously after, so fuck anybody putting you down. If you hadn’t put the work in you’d still look like you did in the first pic.

Were you lifting weights? and drinking protein/creatine?

  19. DISCOVEGASGUY says:

Ummmm… Those are totally fake pictures. No one keeps the same picture on a wall for that period of time. Especially with the same lighting. You can see that the pictures are edited, around the edges of his shoulders and arms. LOL. Can I borrow your editing software ? I want to show how my 85 year old grandfather has transformed his old, tired, wrinkled body into a mass of amazing muscle in just 5 short weeks. LOL. He’s gonna audition for Chippendales and go on The Jerry Springer show. LOL !

  20. Impyman18 says:

@DISCOVEGASGUY You’re a real sweetheart aren’t you. If your comments are negative I’d keep them to yourself. The kid worked on himself and did a good job. They are not fake.

  21. LaZena4 says:

yea your doing great, some advice start working on the abs, lmao

  22. frisco1451 says:

@DISCOVEGASGUY Are you stupid not everyone changes the pictures on there wall every other day. I have had stuff on my wall for 6+ years so i dont get your ” No one keeps the same picture on a wall for that period of time” or am i reading what you typed worng

  23. drummerboy0 says:

@DISCOVEGASGUY mate, if i edited it, you dont think id make myself a little bigger? lol you are one stupid person for thinking this is fake

  24. Morgan6646 says:

    hahah.

did that person seriously just say no one keeps the same picture on the wall for that long of a period of time?? haah wow. people live in houses dear, and they decorate, and hang up pictures… they dont take down wall hangings and switch the room up every month babe. sorry he doesnt live in a cardboard box.

  25. Tungsten23 says:
