Please help me with these questions about body building?

This is my first serious try to register for a gym for body building after losing weight.

Two questions:

1. I need to know that if I should go daily of every after day.

2. When will I start noticing the difference on my body? will it depend on the number of days I g to gym every week?

Thanks!

You should start noticing a difference in your body if you stay consistent.

I go to the gym about 3-4 days a week depending on how busy I am with work. Remember, you don’t grow at the gym you grow when you leave. So, the key to body building is having good form when working out, eating healthy, and giving your body enough time to rest.

    1. You can go everyday but make sure you have a day or 2 off for a break.

1a. Make sure that you change your workup out everyday, dont even do the same excercises. Example. Preacher curls one day, dumbell curls the next etc.

    2. If you use the "keep your body guessing" technique you will notice results very quickly. Definitely by the end of the 2nd week you will start noticing some difference and you will be feeling great!!

    Congrats on getting started !!

If you have the money for a gym membership, they will likely set you up with a trainer who will work out a schedule for you. If you are not used to exercise, you may wish to start out slowly and build up. It depends on your endurance and willpower. You will be sore and it is discouraging, but keep going. You will notice the difference after several weeks usually, but depending on your routine, age, general health status and nutrition, it may happen sooner or take longer. The most important thing is that you are doing it at all. You are taking a positive step forward in your own health, physical and mental as well. See yourself as a winner, and you will be.

i used to work right beside a body building gym and the guys in there were there religiously but would only work on the upper parts one day and the lower parts the other day i think it was just a switch off deal and it helps to make a buddy at the gym that will work out with you so you don’t lose track of how long or how many times you do one particular exercise
