@philyfree I agree. But guys who work out, they suffer bigxeria. They have body disorder as well. Once they gain muscles, they think .. bigger is better. Shit. Any bigger, you would look like frodo baggins on steroids. and its DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN it later as our metabolism decreases as we get older.

You’ll get there man no prob. I was built like you when I was younger. When I was around 21 I packed on lean muscle easily. I’m only 5’9, trying to go for the Spartan look.
