The axle is a great tool and should be incorporated into your workouts frequently because there are many benefits.     hehe, some of those stretches you guys are doing remind me of when I used to bboy(breakdance). That’s how I learned how to do side swipes & six steps =] look em up. Great video, I wanna be back in the gym
