www.honeymoonworkout.com Vince needs a bodyweight workout that kicks butt so he can stay in shape on his honeymoon. Naturally, he chose TACFIT Commando! Get a free sample at the url above.

Wait I’m confused. When you say 20 rounds, do you mean 20 sets of this? How would you have time to do all this before and after your normal workout?
20 One-minute rounds is a full workout. But you can reduce rounds if you need a shorter session.
Vince if you like this kind of exercise you should really look into Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey. That stuff is really good if you want to build some more funcional strength. As a Martial Artist I have found it to be very benificial. Enjoy.
Just to clear things up if you dont like Furey which a lot of people especially bodybuilders dont, at least look into these exercises. Hindu Pushups or Dive bombers, Hindu Squats, Table Makers and if you want the wresters bridge. These will make your body work as a unit.
Great work Vince
Matt Furey is ok but if you really want to get your but kicked you should also try Ross Enamait’s stuff as well. I used to only lift weights in the gym but now I’m hooked on bodyweight conditioning. It will humble you when you first start. Also I would recommend Turbulence Training as well. I am looking into TACFit and I will probably invest in their program after the summer months…
I bet Vince’ll be doing a lot of 4:00 exercise =D
Kudos to Vince for expanding his vision of what well rounded health means.
Movement and mobility are key to a total health package, being strong is important but healthy movement and mobility will keep you strong for life!
@it52
why before and after your normal workout? this isn’t warm up or cool down
@OvoPiano
He said in the video that he used this as a warm up. That’s why I was asking.
vince you are a shit… hahaha
This was a funny video. A “bodybuilder”, who relies on supplements, trying to do a real workout haha. Most bodybuilders are all show and no go because they can not do any real conditioning workouts. He only did one modified round and was out of breath lol.
I did the first day of tactfit today, now i’m a pretty fit guy but been layed up with an injury last few weeks. Lets just say its bloody extreme, I was drenched in sweat, and got physically sick! That hasn’t happened in a very very long time.
Looking forward to reaching the point where I can do it to the highest level
