I know a thing or two about bulking up, having done it poorly (OH GOD) and having done it right myself. Here are the three diet secrets without fail that you should use to evaluate progress. One reason is people go too heavy when lifting which doesn&#8217;t place the stress on the biceps as much. Using momentum to swing the weight up does not do anything for building bigger biceps. In order to build the biceps, you need to be including a combination of the right exercises as well as different training styles This video demonstrates how to utilize dropset training using the Cable Bicep Curls. Setup on a cable machine with a straight bar. Start your first set with a weight that will allow you to fail within 8-10 reps. Then change the pin on the machine, and pick another lighter weight (about 1 less weight) and perform another 8-10 reps. Then once you can&#8217;t do anymore with that weight, pickup another set (1/3 less weight) and do your final set to failure. It might take some experimenting to see which weights to use in this upper chest dropset. There is no rest between dropsets. Only rest at the end of the dropset for about 1-2 minutes. One reason is people go too heavy when lifting which doesn&#8217;t place the stress on the biceps as much. Using momentum to swing the weight up does not do anything for building bigger biceps. In order to build the biceps, you need to be including a combination of the right exercises as well as different training styles. Standing Barbell Bicep Curls Setup a barbell either using a straight barbell or an ez-bar. Pick a weight that will allow you to fail between 8-10 reps using good form. Dumbbell Hammer Curls: Stand with weights in each hand. Palms should be facing each other. Then curl up with no rotation in your wrists. Pick a weight that will allow you to fail between 8-10 reps. Close Grip Underhand Pullup: Perform Pull Ups but with a very close grip. This will place more emphasis on the bicep muscles. Do not puff chest out. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I struggled with my weight since high school until i was about 30, I would get teased and bullied too. So i decided I wanted to <strong>Build Muscle</strong> and try to shed some fat.<br />
I started going to the gym, changed my diet etc but the pieces of the puzzle just didn&#8217;t click for me. This is when i had a stroke of luck, I got chatting to one of the guys at the gym and he told me that he used to have weight issues too ( please bear in mind that i was looking at a well built muscular individual) and i sniggered because i did not believe him. He pulled a picture out of his wallet and showed me what he used to look like before.<br />
Obviously i asked his secret and he hooked me up with a copy of <strong>Tom Venuto&#8217;s Book, <a href="http://buildmuscleeasy.com/recommends/burn-the-fat/">Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. </a></strong>This book was awesome packed full of fat burning, muscle building advice that actually worked for me.
