I started going to the gym, changed my diet etc but the pieces of the puzzle just didn&#8217;t click for me. This is when i had a stroke of luck, I got chatting to one of the guys at the gym and he told me that he used to have weight issues too ( please bear in mind that i was looking at a well built muscular individual) and i sniggered because i did not believe him. He pulled a picture out of his wallet and showed me what he used to look like before.<br />
Obviously i asked his secret and he hooked me up with a copy of <strong>Tom Venuto&#8217;s Book, <a href="http://buildmuscleeasy.com/recommends/burn-the-fat/">Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. </a></strong>This book was awesome packed full of fat burning, muscle building advice that actually worked for me. I just wanted everyone who is looking to build muscle easy know about the book and hook you up with a copy of your own.</p>
