<p>either that or people think that when they workout they dont want to do it to their full potential cuz they dont want to get &quot;to big&quot; so they stick to bull shit routines that do nothing nd they do that<br />
when it takes years of dedication to get to a pretty decent size<br />
and girls with getting bulky and gaining like 20 or 30 pounds of muscle in a month or a year<br />
it aint going to happen get over yourself<br />
anyways<br />
why do people think its so &quot;easy&quot;<br />
hell yeah<br />
i hate when people do that err like<br />
my legs are to big from walking 10 minutes a day how do i reduce my leg size<br />
they grew 6 inches in a week!</p>
