In the video, I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ll notice that I was doing my best to hide my nervousness. I did something stupid before we left. I googled searched &#8220;skydiving&#8221; on you tube and got all these videos called &#8220;Skydiving gone bad&#8230;&#8221; and &#8220;skydiving accident&#8221; videos come up. I don&#8217;t recommend doing that before you jump! Right after getting off a plane, I got back into one but instead of flying down we jumped out! This was not the craziest thing I&#8217;ve done but I would put it in the top 5. I jumped with this 22-year old kid who didn&#8217;t give me any instructions on the jump until we leveled off and he says, &#8220;So do you know what we&#8217;re doing today?!&#8221; I say, &#8220;Not really&#8230; you haven&#8217;t given me a single instruction yet&#8230;!&#8221; He says, &#8220;It&#8217;s pretty simple&#8230; All you need to do is relax. I&#8217;ll take care of the rest.&#8221; That was it. I nominated myself to go first so I couldn&#8217;t chicken out. I highly recommend it! The scariest and coolest part was when you&#8217;re feet leave the plane &#8211; that&#8217;s when you might spoil in your pants&#8230;LOL All in all, Mike and I had a great jump experience and I would do it again. Next time, I&#8217;ll barrel out of the plane&#8230; maybe&#8230; Feel free to share your own skydiving experiences. I would love to hear them.</p>

Lee goes through the exercises in this second part. We are doing 6 exercises in a circuit routine fashion and rotating through the circuit 4 times, increasing the weight by approximately 10 pounds each time. Exercise 1: Cable Chest Flys Exercise 2: Cable Back Face Pulls Exercise 3: Single Arm Cable Shoulder Lateral Raises Exercise 4: Cable Bicep Curls Exercise 5: Cable Tricep Kickbacks Exercise 6: Full Hanging Leg Raises Aim for 12 reps on first circuit. Increase weight 10 pounds and aim for 10 reps on second circuit. Increase weight another 10 pounds and aim for 8 reps on third circuit. Increase weight another 10 pounds and aim for 6 reps on fourth circuit.
