Well if you want to worship at the temple of buffness, you need to follow these rules. And then you too can oil yourselves up and head out to the beach. Wait, why would I want to do that? I know a thing or two about bulking up, having done it poorly (OH GOD) and having done it right myself. Here are the three diet secrets without fail that you should use to evaluate progress. Bulking lies in eat properly and working out effectively. This video will cover the eating portion. Most people use the excuse of bulking to eat whatever the hell they want. 1. Eat for your body type. Do you get fat just looking at bagels? Or are you a hardgainer that needs to slug in 5000 calories to put on some muscle? In other words, know your body type. I have whats called a spend-thrift metabolism, which means I use my calories very efficiently, so I do not need to eat much to gain lean muscle. You might be different, everyone is unique. Generally speaking, the leaner you are, the more sensitive your insulin is and the more carbohydrates you can eat. A great evaluation to test if you are eating too much is the waist test. Measure your waist every 2 weeks <b>&#8230;</b></p>

Bodybuilding is a science that has been honed and perfected and is a great way to stay in shape for the season. If you think that someone has all the answers when it comes to your bodybuilding question then think again.</p>
<p>The truth is, bodybuilding is really an art and science, and more and more experts are trying to figure out its exact nature everyday. Sure there are specific routines and practices that you can follow that will allow you to have the greatest success as possible, but you should know that this process is being tested on a day by day basis.</p>
<p>There continues to be more new formulas and weight gaining products that claim to make you stronger and bigger. Some of these products do work as I have tested a few of them myself. But you should be careful of these muscle building products because an overload of them can have a drastic effect on your health.</p>
<p>An important part of bodybuilding that most people neglect is nutrition. You have to eat right in order to see the results that you crave for. You can&#8217;t expect to get bigger, stronger, and leaner by just working out and not eating right. It takes both, so you should make it a priority to start eating right.</p>
<p>There are tons of meal plans that you can follow that will allow you to eat right and build the muscle that you desire. You have to have the same dedication you have for weight gaining when it comes to proper nutrition, so keep that in mind. There is also another aspect of bodybuilding that most beginners neglect, and that aspect is cardio.</p>
<p>Believe it or not, cardio exercises can help you to get ripped and leaner in no time at all. It takes dedication and focus to see the results over time, but once you do it you can lay rest assured that your efforts will pay off. After each workout, make a priority to run for 10 minutes or bike for 10 minutes after your workout. This post-workout cardio exercise will help you to build the definition that you are looking for within your workouts.</p>
<p>Even though bodybuilding is a sport, it&#8217;s a hobby for both men and women. If you&#8217;re a woman and are looking to get into the sport of bodybuilding, then you shouldn&#8217;t be intimidated to do so. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area.
