heres a tip for those shakes, water is good for one hels hydrate you and can mix the supplement with it.. but what i do maks it easier to take and taste better.. use milk. at first you might feel funny cuz you not used to working that hard with milk in your stomach but it pays off. just drink plenty of water while working and take your post shake or eat within an hr of working out preferably 35min. or your body starts to metabolize everything you just did.
i started eating all these foods you mentioned and i gained some weight already and it aint like fat weight more like muscle weight…no fast foods round here..

nah man =/ I lost 8 pounds GRRR I’m gonna buy those protein shake mix stuff. I eat and eat and eat and still dont gain weight.
I went from 138 to 190 pounds in less than 6 months after struggling for 4 years to break 150 pounds. I was the ultimate hard gainer.
The gym owner accused me of steroids which I have never done. I gained more muscle than the guys that were on steroids, but I gained fat too!

what u mean NEVER? its about NEVER doing the same for more than 7-10 weeks. sometimes u need a whole body workout for 2 weeks.

get WEIGHT GAIN, and eat potatoes, if you want to gain wait fast you gotta load up on complex carbs, rice potatoes pasta yams stuff like that muscle gains are usually slow… like 15 or 20 pounds of muscle in a year would be amazing anymore and probly most of the weight would be fat, stored water, and stored glycogen in your muscles
When you’re desperate to gain weight like I was, I suggest drinking a large oreo shake from Jack in the box in the morning, and a large oreo shake from jack in the box right before bed. But you shouldn’t do it. Not the most ideal way of gaining weight. You’ll probably just get a pop belly.
never do a full body workout, some of the biggest and best bodybuilders only train one body part a day =) keep that in mind =) i train on DAY ONE:BACK & BICEPS(INCLUDES FOREARMS) DAY TWO:CHEST & TRICEPS DAY THREE:SHOULDERS AND LEGS(INCLUDES TRAPS) THEN I DO IT AGAIN FOR ANOTHER THREE DAYS, THEN I REST FOR ONE DAY(SUNDAY) THEN DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN =)
@knewok I gained 30 pounds almost all of that being muscle in 4 months =) by eating alot of protein and carbs, and training 2 or more hours a day =)
@08obamafan08 professionals only work 45-60minutes cause they know testosterone stops producing growth hormones after that. its not like the longer you work the more muscle you make.
probly half of the weight is fat spread out over all your body so its not as noticable in combination with stored water(double if your on creatine) and stored glycogen in your muscles.. you dont jsut gain 30 pounds of muscle that takes time and lots of hard work

Full body workouts may not be the best way to gain weight. They increase your body’s metabolic rate for up to two days afterward because off all the muscles stimulated. This means you’ll be burning tons of calories: something you don’t need if you’re trying to gain weight.
My tips to add weight. Eat everything you can find and lift weights untill you pass out.

I used to lift more for strength while maintaining my weight and recently I decided give bodybuilding a try for something new. If im trying to bulk right now, do you think i’d be better off doing a more basic 5×5 program or a split program (chest/tri’s kinda deal) with a heavy compound lift starting each workout..ie squatting on legs day followed by isolation exercises?
