What order should I do my cardio and muscle building?
For my cardio I jog/run for 40mins to 1hr with aerobics for warm up and for muscle/metabolism build up I do various ab workouts, weight training, etc. Which should I do first, or should I do them in intervals?




It is widely held that you should do any resistance/muscle strengthening first, as you will have more energy to expend while training the muscles. You follow that with your cardio work, as that is aerobic whereas resistance/strength trainig is anaerobic. At least thats what "they" say! Good luck with your fitness goals!
