What the best way to build muscle while still incorporating cardio for my heart and lungs?
What supplements would i need? what wouldn’t i need? I know that it’s hard to build muscle if you do cardio but I would like to build up on both of those. Would carb shakes and whey help cancel out the carbs lost. Please provide as much information as you can. It will be greatly appreciated.




Circuit weight training is a great way to get cardio while building muscle. You can take an ordinary list of exercises for a workout and just switch exercises after each set without resting. This forces the heart to pump blood to different parts of the body. Circuit weight training can be done with free weights, machines, or both.
Contrary to popular belief, your body needs carbs as much as it needs protein for recovery. Also, when carbs are eaten with protein, protein delays gastric emptying which lowers the glycemic index of the carbs that are eaten with it.
