why do people think building muscle mass is so easy…honestly?
i see this on here all the time that people think that if they gained 2 pounds in a week and they worked out or lifted weights or whatever and they have like a 1k calorie diet
that they gained muscle mass 99% of the answers would be
"well you gained muscle mass!"
either that or people think that when they workout they dont want to do it to their full potential cuz they dont want to get "to big" so they stick to bull shit routines that do nothing nd they do that
when it takes years of dedication to get to a pretty decent size
and girls with getting bulky and gaining like 20 or 30 pounds of muscle in a month or a year
it aint going to happen get over yourself

why do people think its so "easy"
hell yeah
i hate when people do that err like
my legs are to big from walking 10 minutes a day how do i reduce my leg size
they grew 6 inches in a week!

because when they look at the scale and after a few weeks see they gained 5 lbs, they think its all muscle, when in reality only maybe a pound of that is muscle.
People who think it is easy either have never done it or are genetically gifted and would be well built without working out.
You hear all the time that so and so does not want to get to big so they don’t workout to hard. Basically that is an excuse because they can’t.
Building muscle is hard and takes alot of dedication and determination.
